Bajo 0º: The Spanish Ice Wine That Will Never Be Made Again
One of the most exclusive and surprising wines ever produced by Bodega Gil Berzal is Bajo 0º, probably the only Ice Wine (vino de hielo) ever made in Spain.
This wine was born in an exceptionally cold vintage, where the grapes froze naturally on the vine, allowing for spontaneous cryogenesis.
